World Oceans Day celebrations 2016 by Mundus maris, Mundus maris clubs and partners in different countries kicked off at the Environment Festival in Brussels on Sunday, 5 June.
Attractive stands and sunshine drew large crowds to the festival. People queued up through the day at the Mundus maris stand
to learn more about the ocean and participate in the Ocean quiz "Healthy Ocean, Healthy Planet".
The stand offered multi-lingual exchange with the Mundus maris members and sympathisers, information, experiments and practical examples of how to engage for healthy oceans.
Among the complete answers to the quiz, five were drawn to receive cups with the Mundus maris mascots and the motto "I am still a baby, let me live and grow!" Click here to find out more about the event and lots of pictures too.
